Complaint Review: Met-Ed - AKRON Ohio

Have proof that Met-Ed personel was not coming out to our house to read out meter, it is just my husband, myself and two dogs.  we use pellet stove, all appliances are energy star energy efficient and only 1-4 years old.  August of 2013 meter personel supposedly read our meter and we supposedly used 6,754kw, January 2014 useage 4,418 kw, april 2014 4,861 kw these were supposedly all actual readings.  filed a report with PUC (this was a joke as in the report they should have taken notice that the employee who was reading our meter lied) 

The first lie: wasn't able to read our meter due to weather untrue weather was not an issue,

2nd lie (keep in mind we have an old eletric meter that no laptop, notebook, etc. could be hooked up to our meter)  for the July of 2013 supposedly office questioned why reading was so high he stated that he hooked up his laptop to our meter (WE DO NOT HAVE THE NEW ELETRIC METERS WE HAVE AN OLD OLD METER FROM THE 80'S),

3rd Lie:  he also stated and this was all sent to public utility comission from met-ed he stood outside of my house at the corner and pointed whatever type of gadget to get a reading, keep in mind I live in a rancher the range would have been over 200ft, now way could he have taken a reading. I called the office and complained this is were it has become an issue. I have repeatedly told the office the guy is not coming out to our house and reading our meter how do I know this, I am home or my husband is because our big dog has medical problems and cannot be home alone.  My dogs will alert me if someone shows up as I have a driveway that has about a 140ft inclined drive way huge hill can sit in my living room and see who is driving up my drive way due to huge bay window.  

4th lie (our meter is inside our fenced in yard and wans't reading meter due to our dogs)  Our meter is a decent distance a way and our dogs would not even be near our meter, this was another lie (holly crap how many lies can this guy give)?  I put out my game cameras which record video over six months and now one had come out to read my meter.  Once again supposedly on Janaury 28, 2015 someone came out to read meter, well like to know when as there was no foot prints in the snow???? 

Met-Ed doesn't just let you pay off any past due balance which because of all this I do have they put you on a monthly budget plan which estimates your useage which you are charged this along with another fee for the past due balance what a scam and a rip off, this is insane with this company, because I was trying to fight the bill for over 6,000 kw and wasn't paying all of it, then last year was charged a security deposit and PUC told me not to pay that but didn't realize Met-Ed had already applied payments that I paid toward my eletric usease to the security deposit which made my account on a continuing past due, which have been charged past due fees every month because of this,

then supposedly they credited my account the security deposit, and now I am charged another security deposit of $634.00 (first security deposit was $558.00), I was to be given an option to pay monthly on the security deposit was never ever given this option they just took my money for the first security deposit and applied it to the $558.00.  We have a pellet stove, my stove, washer, dryer and two tvs and my computer are all on surge protectors, they are all energy star and energy efficient, use my wash machine cold water cycle only so how on earth possibly could my husband and myself possibly use over 4,000 kw in a month, yet alone over 6,000kw????  Anyone that can help me contact me, Public Utility Commission wasn't even worth my time, because if they read the report carefully they would have seen the errors in the report from met-ed, have tons of emails from met-ed customer representative.  Don't know what to do anymore.
