I found this card while packing for a move and wondered if there was anything left on it, since it hadn't expired. I went to the website and tried to register the card but it would not let me populate the security code on the back of the card. So I called the number on the card and was mistreated by someone whose Hispanic accent was so thick I could barely understand a word he said. He told me I needed to provide the dollar amount on the card. There WAS no dollar amount on the card, just a big long number he made me repeat when I finally understood what he wanted. Then I asked to speak to his boss. What I really wanted was to speak to someone who spoke English that I could understand. He said the boss would tell me the same thing and that I had to wait until the website worked for me. Jesus! This wasn't a website issue. But anyway, this guy made it clear that he didn't care whether or not I got an answer.
