Meta bank Pay Power Blackhawk Network Took my whole Paycheck Reno Navada California
I had deposited $769.00 to my Pay Power card In a local Safeway store.I confirmed the amount when I logged into my account through my iphone app.The money was all there.I made several purchases through amazon that day then bought lunch the next day.When I went to a local ATM to withdraw money my transaction was declined several times!I called the customer service number as soon as this happened and entered all the information which they asked for,when it came for my zip code my zip did not match their record.Not even the last four of my telephone number matched their records.The phone transferred me and said hold on for the next available representative to assist me.My phone call was dropped several times and it also toled me to call back later.The customer service is supposed to be from 6am cst to midnight!Nobody there!!
