I am filing this report to make people aware of these 2 online websites that rip people off.  The sites are http://www.metabogreencoffee.com and http://www.metabogarciniatrial.com or any other sites they have out there, and there are a few which include the Metabo name.  They will offer you a free trial of their weight loss products (Metabo Green Coffee Cleanse and Metabo Garcinia Cambogia) for a trial and ask that you only pay shipping which is less than $7.00 per bottle.  There is no mention on the site when ordering that they will charge your credit card within a few weeks of ordering your trial bottle or that you need to cancel within 10 days.  They charged my credit card without my authorization a few weeks later.  I tried to resolve this by calling the numbers on the bottle numerous times and also on the website and have waited on hold sometimes more than an hour, no one answers the phone.  You can not get in touch with a representative.  I found the 2 emails that were sent to me when I ordered the trial bottles letting me know my order had been placed so I attempted to contact them thru email.  Since February, I have gone back and forth in emails demanding they refund my credit card.  First they told me they could only give me a 30% refund, then they went to a 50% refund and I told them I would contact the FTC and after that they agreed to give me a full refund.  That was back in February.  As of today, I have never received it.  I wrote them again, and they told me they were having problems reversing the charges and that their management team was working on it.  I was told originally, my refund was already processed and would have it in 5 days, never happened.  Then it went to having problems transferring it back and it could take up to 30 days to receive my refund.  Ok...so not its been over a month, a write them again, and my answer this time was they would bring it to the attention of upper management.  I keep getting the runaround from their reps Linda & jimmy.  I did some research, and it seems I am not the only person that got dupped by this company.  They are scam artists.....and many people are getting ripped off by them. I also found this https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/blog/free-products-werent-really-free#comment-54863.  Many people have written in to complain about them here as well.  My next step is contacting the FTC and I am not even sure why this company is still doing business.  Something needs to be done and they need to be investigated.....or this is going to continue with many more people.  I am a resonable person, and I give people an opportunity to make things right so I have no choice but to now make this public and to warn people.  Do not order from them....all it will do is cause you alot of fustration and stress.  I am hoping someone out there does something to investigate these people....or can help us get our money back.  I also will be writing some blogs about this....so it gets out all over the internet.  They need to be exposed!
