Its very doubtfull his DM (driver mamager) sent him a qc (qualcomm) message telling him to leave keys at the fuel desk of a truckstop if the driver as he claimed was offering to take the truck to a company terminal. You might be able to BS the non truck driving audience here Michael from winston/salem, North Carolina but your not BSing the rest of us.

The driver dumped his truck and failed to return it where he was directed and now he wants a clean record. Can you imagine stealing a $85,000 piece of equipment and then not returning it and THEN expecting your emploer to give you a good reference. Would you rent a car and then fail to return it where you were directed to? No company is going to paly games and claim a driver abandoned a truck when they didn't. For what purpose? these companies are busy trying to make money. I was the driver that had to pick up the truck after this guy left it sitting in a truck stop. The truck was filthy with dog crap everywhere. This guy left gay prono mags all over the bunk. clearly a whacko who gives the restr of us real drivers a bad name.
