Complaint Review: METICULOUS LANDSCAPE DESIGN MAINTENANCE - Orlando Florida

      I went throught the trouble to make an account after reading this statement from a company thats trying to get me to partner with them in my area of GA.  I just wanted to say making remarks about a mans past has nothing to do with whats present.  To mention his ex-con status makes me think this company is prejudice towards people who have made mistakes in there life. Yes, I have a record but I also have a family, and I have respect in my community.  I volunteer at the local church, play football with the community kids and an assortment of other things that upstanding american citizens do.  To say I have a background so I get treated different is no different than the current situations in our society with racism.  I don't know the owners nationality but it shouldn't matter either way.  Yes I have heard about this before but the average ex-con business man is smarter than to believe what they see on craigslist or some public board as fact.  You did not want to put his information out there, instead you grouped every person who made a mistake and thats trying to put their life back together into this scamming, non-itellectual group.  I agree there are some out there but to make a broad statement from an business stand point is equally an embarassment to your company.  I dont think this company will partner with me now after reading the statements about criminal background.  To who ever reads this, just because you have a record doesn't deplete your self worth.  Doing a criminal act and having a criminal mind is two different things but both are curable.  Im glad the email they sent me mentioned someone defaming them or I would not have known how MLD feels towards people like myself who have made mistakes in the past.  Sorry for not being perfect.

The individual who filed these complaints on this site a year ago repeatedly filed within 2 days and pretended to be multiple people in multiple areas who were "defrauded" out of money in some way.

These Individuals have a criminal background and claim our company did not pay them. They established their business name under the "wifes" name because she was not a convicted felon at the time as her boyfirned or husband is. Our company provided pay remit reports, cashed checks. The CLIENT that received their complaint and reports arbitrated the issue and found them paid in full and early. They were paid in FULL and early! They attempted to inflate the amount of money owed and threatened to defame us if we did not pay. Our company has vendors for years and we have had pay discrepancies occasionally but always correct them if an oversight or error has taken place.

It is unfortunate that people like this can go around and defame a good company on a website such as this without merit or real investigation. Please feel free to search any field asset management client you may work for and any company that performs a volume of work. You will discover each one has a complaint of people who claim to have been screwed out of money.

We have a number of clients and almost ALL of them have a complaint about screwing people out of money. Unfortunately in this industry there are a lot of unsavory individuals that expect payment for unfulfilled or poor work product.

We are aware of exactly who filed this report and are well aware they pretended to be numerous people but we will not disclose their personal information and home address as they have done, due to that would be of poor moral character.

Anyone who says the FBI is performing an investigation should not be taken seriously as that is an absurd comment. These people claimed they were underpaid less than 1000 dollars and our documents have more than proven their full payment.

These individuals were paid in full and before schedule and are opportunists. They have a criminal record available on mugshots.com but I will not disclose their home address and full names. Please remember anyone can go on a site and throw around accusations because their scheme to blackmail their way into unearned money did not pan out. I am quite sure they do not want me to respond with the mugshot and details of their arrest record and home address so I hope they see it fit to leave it alone at this point. I also hope they "appreciate" my not disclosing this informatiion as I know they are receiving this response.

I ran ads to let honest hard working people know what Meticulous does and how they operate. There are so many people that answered with the same tales of deception and dishonest business tactics that I felt compelled to warn unsuspecting people.

Meticulous Landscape Design Maintenance aka MLDM / MLDMPP flagged the ads. Freedom of speech allows me and others I have seen run Beware Ads but Meticulous does not want the truth to be told. They want to continue scamming poor unsuspecting souls. Thank Goodness the story can be told with other means like Ripoff Report. People should be warned about these ruthkess underhanded crooks who set people up and rob them with trickery.

This has got to be the worse preservation company there is. I ran some ads about the scams they pull and there is way too many responses. Seems like the DeGeorges feel compelled to rip everyone off in their love of greed. Not everyone robbed by these scam artists see the ads so it is impossible to know the extent these scroundrels have cheated and robbed hard working people trying to earn a living.

It' so heartbreaking to hear so many tell of the corrupt way they were robbed by the DeGeorges. 

We need regulation to stop Preservation Companies from skirting labor laws by hiring workers as subcontractors assigning them plenty of work then not paying for the work. This happens after the subs pay for all the gas to do the work, all of their supplies, not only paying them but ruining these workers and their families when the Preservation companies are paid from the banks for the work.

Capitalizing on this is people like Michael DeGeorge and Tanya DeGeorge, who show no sympathy, no compassion and no justice for anyone. 

Anyone who has been scammed knows how devastating you feel.
