Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I leased a car and put $1000.00 down for a car that I got to drive two times within three days before the transmission locked up and simply asked for a refund due to injuries sustained and have been put off for almost a week now with the same story and only had this car for three says first day I drove it second day stuck on a flat all nighg and day that

they said they would fix but couldnt get ahold of them until the next day where I got the tire fixed and shortly after leaving the tire place the transmission locked up at 40 mile an hr luckily a kind gentlemen helped me out after almost hitting me and called the car place immediately waited an hr for them to come tow a car I was responsible for

so I didnt take the risk of being liable for it getting stolen or anymore damage and then called back after almost two hrs only to find out that I needed to leave the car be..mind you I am 29wks pregnant just smashed into my dash at 40 miles an hr need  to go to the hospital so the next morning get a text message from the guy who sold me the car saying there tow truck was stolen and they havent had a chance to look af the car ...

I informed him I onlg wanted a refund I did not want another car that I did not trust them anymore ....it scared the crap out of me...however iam now out $1000.00 & no vehicle with four small children. Sad that people sell vehicles like that and there isnt anybody to help me either get my money back pay for medical bills or anything so people beware u think your getting a cheap deal you arent..!!!

The vehicle was as is however he did guarantee the motor and that if anything g happen with the vehicle to bring it back and he would fix it. However I was caused of locking the motor up in reverse after having this vehicle for three days and only driving it from the lot to home and then once again before it shut down. I asked for the owner I was told he was always out of town when I called which was constantly and the man that sold me the car offered to fix the motor and I could have the same car back because they said they couldn't do cash back so I said ok that's fine its better then nothing kept calling to see when the vehicle would be ready it never got ready asked to get my money back and they just stopped answering my calls or they would answer and say just a moment and hang up finally the star finance who I financed it through called about my payments I told them what was going on and they said they would contact the dealership and call me at a later time and I never heard back from them.. so in my experience that is a horrible place and I hope they have a new owner or employees working their that do do people right now...

I know these guys at this dealership. These are used cars all sold as is however they are very fair with customers even when they do not have to do anything for them. So not sure where this comment form this person is coming from?
