I signed up for Aerobic Capacity through Metron.io software and was horrified by how poor the product is and how misleading the website offering is. The coach I signed up to train under was Chris Hinshaw who is an expert in endurance related physical training. He suggested in a seminar to sign up for his personalized coaching and that the product would be impressive. Not only was the Produc unimpressive, but that information it provided was inaccurate and my training numbers were completely off. The software is so archaic and buggy. There is NO app which is something that he and Metron said existed. Overall a complete ripoff. DONT BE FOOLED!
