Metroplex Roof And Fence Metroplex Roof And Fence Horrible Roofing Experience! BEWARE! They Will Take Your Insurance Check And Not Complete The Work! Corinth, Texas
We hired this company to install our new roof after the storms this past year and we really wish we would have researched this company further. The BBB gives this company an A+ which is why we went with them, but looking closer they have 5 or 6 complaints? How do they have a A+ rating with the BBB with more complaints then half the other roofers on there???? If you search the we you will get a much different picture of this company. Anyways to get to the point, We hired Metroplex Roof and at first glance everything seemed very professional, our sales guy showed up in a company shirt, nice cards, and good information. We were sold. They said they could get our roof replaced with nothing out of pocket, which come to find out is illegal!
The scheduled day came that we were suppost to get our new roof and from the start it was Bad! They showed up very very early before 7:00am and we had people sitting ourside our house. The rest of the day went fairly painless until the end when we were told that they were all finished up. Well there was a problem they still had not performed all the work that our insurance had paid for. Our insurance paid to replace other parts of our roof such as the vents ect, (we could still see hail dents in the vents, they had just painted over them. Our insurance clearly said that they were to be replaced) We questioned Metroplex Roof on why they had not replaced all these other things and they said that they did not need to be replaced they were in pretty good shape. We asked them if they would be billing for these things and we were told that they already had??? How do you bill for something you didn't do???
Well to make a very long story short, Our roof is leaking and no one from this company will return our calls, We still have the same old vents, drip edge and water proof paper or felt paper ect. Do Not Use This Company They Are Cheats! Look around the web, from the looks of things they have a bad habit of ripping people off!

The companies response appears deceptive. First it begins with denial. Next the company lashes allegations the complainant is not providing a name and phone number, yet the company representative did not provide same. Next, the company states twice they have no records; there is likely truth in this statement. The more likely explanation is that the company is not a good steward of record keeping.
Never an offer by the company to make amends or settle the problem, just lie & deny. Not a great image of Metroplex Roof and Fence being honest.

We currently have no clients with leaking roofs on record and we do replace all hardware paid for by the insurance. I believe this may be a fraudulent report, as i deal with all the repairs and warranty work, and Customers who do not put there name or number on an complaint makes me skeptical
As a side note we have no records of any houses being done in corinth in the last 6 months. or warranty calls
