I sat thru many houres to get this trip to cancun, and waited months to hear back from this co.when i found out that this was a ripoff, by going to this web site.i called to cancell my trip in october and was told i would get my check in 30 days.it has been almost 3 months. i have called many times and i get no wear. they keep telling me to e-mail them at [email protected] i have done this many times and i have not gotton any resultes.
