mexico vip holidays scam stay away wish I would have mexico
i am so pissedi actuallu did this 2 years ago and they thought that i would quit. they finally provided me with a availablitity but toldme thati could =net go witht the person i originaly stated and that i would have to take a tour and that airfare would not be included. i then asked for a refund before and after this conveersation and i was told that my request was submitted. obviously to no avail. i now try to call the number and it is disconnected. if anyone has a way to contact them please please provide me with that information.
there is an agency call profeco that is like the bbb in mexico and i have filed a complaint with them . im just thank full that i have kept every correspondence between them. if no one has received a refund from them I will be the first.
stay away and sorry for all of you that made the same mistake i did. good luck
