The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Oleg Kislyansky during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Miami Car Credit.

Miami Car Credit is a car dealership located in the heart of Miami, FL. Their main goal is to retail used automobiles at heavier discounts that what other local used car dealerships offer, while still offering the high quality of franchise dealership because of their full service department. Oleg Kislyansky stated the following about his company, "we have a lot of resources that a traditional used car dealership doesn't have. The other portion of our business is automotive financing where we offer...finance options for our customers. So even if you have poor credit you can buy a car with us."

Leads for Miami Car Credit are obtained through several different avenues including: radio and advertising with sources like Auto Trader, Cars.com, TruCar, Car Gurus, and Google. Customers interested in the car selection at Miami Car Credit receive, "an immediate response." If expressed interest still remains the customers first point of contact is their internet sales representative. This person introduces them to the dealership and helps figure out what questions need to be answered. After this they are introduced to a floor representative, who is the physical person they meet at the dealership to go over all their vehicle needs. If required a finance manager will get involved during the end of the transaction to explore financial options with the customer.

CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – MIAMI CAR CREDIT

During the onsite interview Mr. Kislyansky was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He explained a situation where a mistake was made during the disclosure process of the purchase of two vehicles. After the customer inspected the car he purchased he found out that it had rust. Miami Car Credit took immediate action to figure out how best to handle the situation. The customer requested taking the car to a local body shop, and getting a quote for the repairs. Miami Car Credit then paid for the car to be fixed, "that sort of situation is very rare but if you're right you're right...we always own up to that."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Kislyansky were against an employee named Paul, "[we've] never had an employee named Paul here." Miami Car Credit has done all they could to track down the author to see what they could do to help, but have been unable to reach the author. In order to ensure future and current customers Miami Car Credit is a Dealer Raider certified dealership, they have an A- rating with the Better Business Bureau, as well as the National Independent Auto Dealers Association.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Kislyansky stated, "we are more thorough through the sales process. As far as signing the documents. We are actually very methodical about signing the documents. We are really pushing the customer to read the documents."

The sales person was rude, they sold me personal information to a 3rd party and the car they have are overpriced and crap.  I addressed my complaints to the so called manager “Paul” who didn’t want to give me his name and all he did was ask me if I wanted to buy a car.  Don’t waste your time or money with this place.
