michael d madore Home wrecker Mr Madore aquired property using deception. Obtaining a partial loan under his mommies name, Frances Madore. A second mortgage was to be paid by him and has not. Anyone know where he is? south china, Maine

We sold property- a beautiful new house we had built 2 years prior, at 320 Weeks Mills Rd to Frances and Michael Madore in 2006. We have not recieved much payment on the second mortgage note. He used his mommy's name (Frances Madore) on most of the paperwork because his credit is not good.
We have taken him to small claims court on the promisory note several times and have recieved some compensation. He lies about sending money, used bad checks, to cover oil and at closing of property. Had to have his wages garnished in 2008, when he was employed. He continually uses sob stories to get out of his responsibility. The judge even told him to man up! He has skipped out on the house with the bank as well. Trying to locate him to serve more papers, anyone know where he is? Also has been reported on this site for poor dog breeding practices/ not providing AKC papers.
Do not do any business dealings with this individual, he can not be trusted. He is a very smooth talker.
