Michael Goosby of Starpoint Development Partners, has not returned to me the $35k he owes.

I heard he may have closed a deal, but has not re-payed me and others. He is under investigation by the Texas State Securities Board and ultimately will go to prison!!!

BACKGROUND OF FAILED DEAL AND OWES MONEY: 

On January 5, 2017, I signed an agreement for Michael Goosby of Starpoint Development Partners - GTA Holdings, LLC, in Dallas Texas, to purchase a $50M SBLC to be monetized in monies entered into a PRIVATE PLACEMENT PROGRAM / PPP. The program was supposed to run for 10 months and with bi-monthly payouts.

Michael Goosby did not perform and breached the agreement. Michael Goosby as of today November 11, 2018, has only returned $15K, still owes my $35K.

Michael Goosby is running scams and frauds, the $15K the returned to me, it was taking from another investor (Ponzy Scheme). Michael Goosby owes several other investors money and continue to defraud innocent people.

As of today, Michael Goosby still owes my $35k. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!

It's now going on 3 years and Michael Goosby has not made an effort to make montly payments to etc, he has not integrity and is a GREEDY SCAMMER!!!

I heard he has closed a deal, but has not repayed my and other money!

Michael Goosby has not integrity, and will go to prison!

It's been 3 years since I entered an agrement with Michael Goosby (Dallas area), he has not repayed my $35k, nor has he made any monthly payments or etc. 

1) Heard me closed a deal, has not repayed by money and other monies

2) Michael Goosby is greedy and has not integrity

3) Michael Goosby owes others money

4) Do not do deals with him, he will go around you and you will not be paid

4/23/2019, Michael Goosby is working to resolve this issue. I hope that by Friday May 10, 2019 my monies will be returned, agreement fulfilled, and the issue fully is resolved...
