Buyer Beware!! Do not do business with Michael Kawa!!
He is not an honest man and will take your money without producing any results nor hold up to his own agreemnet. I signed up with Mr. Kawa for recruiting of staff and provided a $2,500 deposit in exchange for recruiting results specified in his own agreement. He never produced a single interview or candidate and has repeatedly avoided my request to arbitrate a solution per his own agreement. He also has not provided me with a list of arbitrators though I have asked repeatedly.
Michael Kawa is a professional liar. Per my contract when he did not deliver anything within the time promised. I asked to arbitrate an end to our relationship he did not comply yet he refused to return my money to me. Do not believe this man when he tells you that he has a "team" of people working for him as, once again, Micahel Kawa is a professionsl liar.
In my dealings with him it has become apparent that Michael Kawa has no moral compass, does not abide by normal business ethics and is basically a thief. Her will say anything it takes to steal your money. There are multiple examples on the internet of his stealing and overall dishonest acts. IF APPROACHED BY THIS MAN FOR ANY RECRUITING OR STAFFING NEEDS MY ONE RECCOMENDATION FOR YOU IS THIS, RUN AWAY!!
