Received the last $7.00 for shipping and handling that was due to me. I hope this can be put to rest now once and for all. I'm so tired of the whole thing!

Special thanks to Ripoffreport.com for giving me a place to vent and share my experience. Also, I would not have known that someone shared my experience had I not checked out your website. My dispute is now resolved.

Received first refund today, however, the amount should have been $469.50; $462.50 for the tickets, plus $7.00 S&H. I omitted the shipping charges on my e-mail to Detective. I can furnish hard copies of invoices and my credit card statement, as well as a copy of the eBay item page indicating the amount I paid if need be. The second transaction total was $457.00, $450 plus $7 S&H. I'm grateful for the first refund. I'm so sorry it wasn't the Patriots tickets. We really wanted to go to that game.

The bottom line is that items were sold to people when the seller did not even have the items in hand. The seller was paid promptly, including shipping, for items never received. This is stealing, in case you did not know it, and you used the internet, so it is also internet fraud. The buyers should have been advised long before this that you had no intention of sending the items purchased and a refund should have been issued just as promptly as you had received payment back in July. Rather than cancel your eBay membership, you should have responded, through eBay to let buyers know you could not honor your commitment. I have printouts of 14 e-mails that were sent back and forth between the buyer/seller and your e-mail addresses were working just fine from July 10 through Sept. 2. You also have the buyers addresses and could have sent a quick note in the mail. Nice try, but you got caught this time. When I receive my full refund of $926.50, I'll gladly let people know. Until then, I'm not canceling any reports made against you in order to protect my rights as a consumer. I'm very upset that I paid you in good faith, in a prompt manner, and you strung me along, telling me on two separate occasions that the tickets would be mailed out.

My email address was not working as told to me by the exeter police who asked me to speed up the refunds to the buyers who i could not satisfy with tickets. And i probably don't have other email address and phony names on ebay.

Read that Michael from Ashley, PA received his refund. I have not received mine to date. Detective David Nelson, Exeter Police Department, wanted to know when and if a refund was received. [email protected]. Please let him know that you received the refund and that I have not as of 9/20/05. I'm glad you've resolved your issues. Wish me luck.

Check back often for updates on this. If you want to, write to the Farmington Police Department, Chief of Police, Scott Roberge, 531 N. Main St., Farmington, NH 03835-3474. I'm assuming you were ripped off through the eBay sight as I was. It was only a few days between the incidents. Hopefully you paid with a credit card and they will not charge your account while you are disputing the charges. There's a form you can download online and fill out and mail to the Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection and Antitrust Bureau, 33 Capitol St., Concord, NH 03301 (601) 271-3641. I mailed a form with all my e-mail printouts, invoices, etc. on 9/13/05. If you have e-mailed back and forth print those out and save them for proof. Even if you deleted them they should still be in your sent/deleted folders of your e-mail. The Attorney General's office requires that your report be in writing.

The Exeter Police have contacted Michael Page, however, he lives in Farmington, NH, not Exeter, as was listed on eBay. Supposedly a refund is on the way. I'll let you know if and when it arrives. Exeter police do not have jurisdiction in Farmington, NH so I'm waiting to see if I need to file another report or if the Exeter Police can forward the original one that I sent them. I'm so impressed that the police responded so quickly to my report. I'm still waiting the 10 days for eBay to let me escalate to a claim status. Michael, from Ashley, PA, if you read this, I hope by now that you've also reported this to the proper authorities and not just on rip-off report.com. Although I'm very glad that you did report it here, because it nudged me to go forward with my reports.

Should be [email protected]. Michael, from Ashley, PA, if you see this, I filed a claim with the NH Attorney General and also contacted the Exeter, NH police department. You may want to do the same thing. You can download the forms online. I also filed a complaiant with the IFCC, Internet Fraud Complaint Commission: www.ifccfbi.gov. I strongly urge you do also file complaints and you can mention that Diane from Flanders, NJ has also filed complaints.
