Michael Richards aka Mark Brummel is a scam artist defrauding unsuspecting public companies with the promise of bringing them more exposure through the use of his so called opt-in investors. The reality is that he provides none of the services he promises to provide. Instead, he sells the stock that has been provided and disappears.
Stay away from this menace to society and if you happen to come in contact with him report him to the FBI or the RCMP.
