Mike did my roof and it leaked.  Took my money and never finished the job.  He did the same thing around the corner from my house.  He continues to detroy houses.  Please Joe contact me.  I would like to know what you did.

Yet again Mike Salese has another judgment against him from 11/09. He has unpaid fines in the amount close to $5000 from the common wealth of PA. To date this has not been paid. What a surprise. I thought business was going so well Mickey. I told you Public Record is a beautiful thing. You don't pay your judgments. you run  and hide.  Why would anyone want to hire you. This is why you have no money, no life. Your a crook.... Jail is calling you..........

First of you idiot, The Union President in Jersey was part of a Public Claim when I built the Oakland Public Library Addition it was a Union Job. Oh yea you dont know that word... "Job" Means when people work for a living. Now if you knew the facts you would know that there were factoring companies involved, Now the way that works you Moron is when the General Contractor signes off on a work order we submitted to them then the Factoring Company compansated us for 70% of the Invoice submitted...When the G.C. pays the Factoring Company we get the balance less 3%. If you knew the facts you would know that I did not deal with the financing, Yes this is Public KNowledge and anyone can see the true facts...You just keep making up stories and Fluff...Why? Because you are an insighificant individual who is home all day long by him self on a laptop that plays PORN 24/7.

An addition which is heated living space needs 6" walls with R-19 insulation and a foundation but you couldn't afford that so you contracted us to build a Sunroom which does not require any insulation it is a 3 season room that is why insulation is optional you Moron! 2nd... I guess this thief has nothing else to say. He knows what I wrote is true. I just feel sorry for the people he's taking advantage of now. I rather be a stay at home dad and take care of my kids then a thief that takes advantage of people who don't know better. Someone tell this contractor that you can't sue for defamation of character if you are telling the truth. I can prove everything im saying, he can not. He's all talk. Do you work for free?? I don't but Joe thinks people should, He ows us $7,000.00 in past invoicing promising to pay along the way giving us dribs and drabs, he states we didn't build to code...we built a deck from the spects he filed with the town he never hired an Architect or anyone to render drawings for the sunroom, he felt he would save money by just telling us what he wanted. The building Inspector told him he should have filed for the sunroom which he didn't. My contract included all the materials being used and we used exactly what we specified. While I was working at his House he also had me write up a work order on replacing marble tiles in his bathroom that he said were dammaged, I had a hard time seeing the dammage of the tiles, he said make an estimate for $1,700.00 I told him that was alot but he said he would give us other work, I wrote up an estimate for $1,700.00 and he used that estimate to sue Home Depot...Home Depot settled out of court for $1,700.00 based on my estimate and we received no extra work or compansation, I will set this right with HD. This guy is an outright dishonest crook and I will be suing him in court for defamation of character and the work we did. He also had me write up an estimate for odds and ends around his house, I later found out he was suing his friend who had a fight with his girlfriend in his house and stated they broke stuff. This looser sits at home all day watching TV and chatting with his girlfriend on the internet while his wife is out there working to pay the bills, he has time to write lies...he's bored and needs to find a life.
