Michael Schmidtman Solicated our company to buy leads. Never delivered leads only took our MONEY!! Cotati California
Michael Schmidtman contacted our company and offered to sell us internet leads. We agreed to his offer and paid him via Paypal. As soon as he received the payment he called back and said he could not send the leads for a few days.
A few days turned into many many days. He would answer the and hang up immediately when he would find it was my company calling. Now he does not answer the phone at all. We filed a police report with the NYPD and contacted his local law enforcement office, attorney General of California and FBI White collar crimes unit.

Sirs,
I respectfully request that you remove this "complaint" from your website. Furthermore, you should do some basic research before you include someone's name in one of your "reports".
I have NEVER sold "internet leads" to anyone, at anyplace or at any time. I challenge the anonymous poster of this "complaint" to come forward with ANY documentation regarding this allegation. Let me be clear... I have NEVER sold, offered to sell or represented myself as being able to sell "internet leads" to anyone.
The story in the original report is a complete fabrication. I challenge the person filing the "complaint" to come up with ANY documentation to prove this allegation.
The irony behind this false claim is that I am very easy to find in my community, having lived in the same town for 32 years. I was also the Chairman of our municipal Police Commission for several years. Any complaint of this nature would have been immediately reported to me by our Police Chief, whom I have personally known for almost 30 years.
Your site does the innocent a grave disservice. It's apparent that you will "report" any baseless allegation that is filed by any person. This is, in it's own way, a rip-off, as you don't appear to do any research or verification. The only reason I haven't disputed this before is because I am concerned that I will push this bogus "complaint" back to the top of the Google search results for my name.
I will be checking with my attorney to see if there is any liability on your part for promoting this unresearched "complaint". I expect to hear back from someone SOON, so we can remove this from public display.
