Michael Tire Plus Too the car for a simple oil change. The dipstick tube was demolished and the car now leaks oil. No damage before no leak before. They claim they did not do any damage. Cincinnati OH Nationwide
Took my car for a simple oil change. It took over two hours. They claim the issue as an oil filter not in stock yet I was not ever mentioned they had to order one. After the service, several weeks past as I do not use this car often in the winter I noticed an oil puddle on my garage. OIL leak. I checked the dipstick and the tube had been shattered. Of course the mechanic did this and NEVER told. Of course they damaged the car. NO LEAK BEFORE. LEAK AFTER. Of course, they deny this. We shall see them in court. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
