I am the office manager at a limousine company in the DFW area. I'm very upset with this man.  He called my office in a panic on 07/17/13 at 1:55pm central time. We spoke for quite some time that day. He called to discuss setting up an account with us due to him using transportation services often in the DFW metroplex because he does like to take his clients out and show them a good time. He was very busy from the sounds and the way that he was talking. 

I digussed my policies with him (we couldn't set him up on Direct billing (paying once a month) until we monitored his account for at least 60 days) He stated that was fine but he was promising to use us more than once. Which was completely fine. 

He needed to set up an hourly run in a SUV to take one of his clients that was looking to hire him to fix up a strip mall out here. He said to take her wherever she wanted to go. The total of the run was going to cost $134.20. He stated to give the driver a tip of $100.00 making the total $234.50. I told him he does have to pay in full at the time of the reservation. He stated that since he wasn't sure how long that they were going to use it for to only do a deposit and charge the rest of the amount after the trip had been completed. Being is that is something that we normally can accomdiate I did accept. We ended up charging $25.00 of the trip. 

 Mind you, the hourly trip we had to set up we had to send the driver right then and there up to Plano. The driver completed the run. No overages accored. Here is where all the problems. Since we just got the $25.00 from him we kept getting declined for the total amount. The first time my employees called him he stated that he had all the money in the account and that he could send us his account statments if we needed. We stated we needed the payment. Then he VANISHED. We called him 5-10 times a day. Finally I tried from my personal cell phone (which has a different area code than Texas) whatda know, Mike answers on the first ring. I demand that he gives me payment for the services that he had used over 2 weeks ago. He stated he'll have his secritary give us a call with payment information. Never did.

 

He is stealing services. We now have to pay for the driver, and everything out of pocket because he skipped out. You will never get your money from this man!
