GMX (Global Marketing Experts), Tim Nelson, started posting complaints shortly after I posted a complaint against GMX. I paid GMX $747.00, for marketing services they guaranteed to produce mortgage customers that would lead to 6 closed loans within a 30 day period. I was to pay the remaining 50%,$747.00, after the close of the 6th loan. When GMX failed to produce any marketing services 2 months after they cashed my check and I was unable to reach anyone at the company by phone or email, I posted a complaint explaining my situation on Scambook.com. After I posted the complaint, I started receiving threatening emails from the corporate office at GMX saying that if I did not take the complaint down, they would do whatever they could to tarnish my name, reputation, career and credit. They even said in one email that they would make sure that my name is connected to every bad loan in my area. They posted many false reports that hold no merit. The Cases that they mention have NO connection to me. They have been attacking Sagamore Home Mortgage as well. The cases they refer to are not cases. They are causes. Consent Agreements. When you read the Cause No. 08-1008 SC and Cause No. 11-0170 CA you will see: "40. This Consent Agreement is executed in the public interest to avoid the necessity and burden of a public hearing. It does not constitute an admission by or a finding or determination against Respondents of any violation of the Act or the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder and may not be used, except as stated in paragraph 39 or to show repetitive conduct should Respondents commit future violations of the Act, for any
further proceeding or disqualification, including, but not limited to, any denial of license, registration, or exemption from registration requirements. Nor does it constitute abandonment of the claims raised by the Division. The entry of this Consent Agreement merely reflects the parties' mutual desire to resolve this matter without the burden and expense of formal administrative proceedings." There is no truth to that post or any other posts they have fabricated in a vicious attempt to "hurt" me after several other victims have come forward and commented on my post saying they have experienced the exact same theft from GMX and Tim Nelson. All we asked was for GMX to refund our money after they failed to deliver the marketing services we paid for. Their only response was to start posting lies about those they have victimized with their SCAM. I'm praying for them.
