I had purchased a bag [large bedford bowling bag] from michaelkorsbagsaustralia.com whom claimed they were based in Australia.
I found out different when the bag arrived. The packaging was in chinese and it states shanghai, china.
I was sent a bag that i did not choose and paid for. The photo and description of the bag on their website was completely different to what was sent to me.
I had also taken the bag to a leather shoe and bag maker to confirm if the bag is leather. He told me it is not real leather.
I have tried to contact the company numerous times asking for my money back. But they keep ignoring my request and blaiming on the cromatism and composition of the photography. Also says the description is the same when the photo i sent them clearly shows the description is completely different to the bag i received. They have tried to offer a discount on my next purchase. Why would anyone want to order from someone whom cheats and are thives.
Warning.....Do Not Buy from them. The bags are not leather and what you see on the website, is not what you will receive. They are FAKES!!
