michaelkorsoutlet-discount.com Fraud - Fake product , Internet
I purchased a Purse and Wallet from michaelkorsoutlet.discount.com believing the website was the actual Michael Kors outlet store. When the merchandise arrived, it was definitely a fake. Attempted to contact company for their return address and they refused to apply. They offered me 5% off my nezt purchase, which I explained there would not be another purchase. After fruther conversation, all being through email, they offered me a refund of 7%, 10%, 12% and the final offer was 15%. I did not accept any of these so called offers for refund and told them over and over, I wanted to return the purse and wallet for a full refund. I have disputed the charge to my credit card company and have contacted the Michael Kors headquarters Legal Department, to make them aware of the fraud.
