While it has been three years since my wedding, Michel Berda still continues to astound me with his total lack of professionalism. At the time of our wedding I was disappointed on many levels but I was willing to let it all go and move on. But last month I picked up the album and the binding had become unglued and was falling apart. This was shocking as the album had spent the past two years sitting on a shelf in a well airconditioned environment. I had opened it no more than 2-3 times.

I no longer had Michel's email but reached out through him through a site called Thumbtack.  I have pasted our correspondence below so future brides can observe his responses and chose for themselves if they want to work with someone who reverts to legal threats so readily and in such poorly written English.

 I apologize for spelling your name correct, it is very obvious that you are always trying to correct me instead of trying to fix the problem at hand, I will BCC the album company and assume your album may or may not be in the situation you have claimed, and in order for the album company to replace the album that album would go in the trash and it would be reproduced  from the scratch.

 As I said I would have to redesign the album in the same fashion as the supposed broken one and send that new file to him in order for them to reproduce a album, I am very busy right now and was giving you a timeline when I can get to it.

Since you no longer wish to have your album fixed because of your current tactic of always being controversial I wish you well. Be aware that any and all emails are factual and anymore posting from you to defame my name or for that matter be negative I will seek immediate Legal compensation.

I have tried very very, very hard to fix your problem and this email will serve as you denying me to do so.

A.   My name is Cydnee not Cyndee.

B.   Ha-Shem (not Ashem) has nothing to do with this transaction.

C.   We have not requested a redesign of the album.  We requested a replacement with one that wont fall apart.

D.  We have not bashed your name continuously or even infrequently.  Please stop making these false claims or back them up.

E.   You took an inordinate amount of time to submit the first album and even then there were multiple unnecessary iterations since you included duplicate photos and mis-ordered the arrangement.  What nerve to suggest you would take a long time to submit a replacement!

F.   Based on your continued lack of quality communication and threatening tone, we will seek help

Thank you for your reply, unfortunately the company does not deal direct with the client. I will be happy even when you have continuously bashed my name and my company to handle this for you, the  album company has already agreed to take a look at it and maybe after there investigation on how and why it came apart if they are responsible, they would replace for you at N/C the only problem with it is that I may have to redesign the album and put all that time in it.

 Honestly with all the damages you have done to me, I want you to know that out of respect and my heart, and the fact that I am and care about every single client I will still do that for you. 

Next time it would be nice for you to realize who the good people are. maybe if Ashem has anything to do with this, you will go back and apologize and do the right thing by posting honest feedback. My address is below please forward the album and it will take a long time for me to redesign the album and have the company replace it but we will do it, assuming it was not your fault.

A.   The message I sent you via Thumbtack is kept private unless you approve it.

B.   he message was Michel, our wedding album lasted less than three years before falling apart . . . and all it did was sit on the shelf. Is this something you'd like to repair? I dont agree with your classification of this as a terrible comment.

C.   While I was willing to give you the chance to repair the album, based on your threatening and vitriolic response below, I have no interest in additional contact with you. 

D.   Please provide the name and contact information of the album manufacturer, and I will contact the company myself.

I have received your terrible comment on the Thumtack and I am sure other places about your review, I do not know how you have continued on trying to defame my name in many instance. I would appreciate if you would out of first courtesy just send me a email indicating what and why your album fell apart. As you should know, I deal with very reputable album makers, a simple email, and I would of contacted the company and let them know what has happened.

I will immediately tell you, that I am very tired of you and your comments you have been making defamatory and libelous statements about me Michel Berda and King Street Photo Weddings.  Included in those statements are negative website reviews,please be advised that I am notified of this conduct and will address it through all means available at law if it does not cease and desist immediately this constitutes not only defamation and libel, but, additionally, tortuous interference with a contract, all of which are compensable by legal damages.

Now you are welcome to send that album to me,  I will forward it to the album company and I am very sure they will make good on there album
