Stay away from renting from Michele K Green. Slumlord who obtains properties using special loan programs for poor or credit challenged people even though she is a bank executive. Lies about living on site and refuses to spend a penny on lawful repair requests. this woman is bad news.
She will cut off utilities to get even for repairs demands. Blames her loan company which is NACA and blames tenants for repairs she refuses to make. Money grubbing and dishonest. Do not rent from this woman. Houses are dilapidated and code is not compliant. She will lie to try to get more utility money from tenants but refuses to show utility bills. Claimed tenants used $1000 a month in utility for a 2 bedroom house.

It's unlawful to collect rent in California with out a valid certificate of occupancy. This woman has spies to watch tenants and she uses her position at a bank to INVADE PRIVACY and obtain private non public information.
