Michele Knight's psychic did not pick anything up about me, nothing. While I know there are some inacuracies, genuine psychics tend to pick up on a few individual situations.
The guy was just waffling nonsense, giving some psychic babble speech about nothing in particular telling me wonderful things were going to happen towards the end of October which I know they are not as awfuk things were happening and I could not see an immediate miracle ending to them as he'd said, my life is still in turmoil. I guess what I had wanted was some reasurance th at things would get better next year or sometime in the not too distant future, but the psychic may as well have been reading a script.
I cut him off then called their main number to complain 0207 111 6090 to complain about him and see if I could choose another reader instead. They said that as I had done a prepay there was nothing they could do. That's a bad service from a website which claims to have genuine psychic readers and while I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, the fact that they were unable to offer another free reading or respond to any of my emails left me a very disattisfied customer!

I work for Michele Knight and am extremely glad to see that we also get our right to reply! In terms of responding to this issue, we have no record of the two previous emails you supposedly sent in to the company only one email sent to the wrong email address on the 24th October which was fortunately passed on and was immediately picked up, as is our policy. We are trying to contact you as I write this. With regard to the points you make in your posting, we test all of our psychics a number of times and Michele herself tests each person before she allows them to work for the company to make sure that we think they have a genuine ability. Each year, our readers do thousands of readings, answer thousands of texts and respond to even more thousand requests for email readings. We get loads of positive feedback and very, very few people coming back to say that they weren't happy with their reading - and we do provide everyone with the contacts they need to be able to do that! Anyone is free to go to the website, www.micheleknight.co.uk, to see the kind of feedback Marcus and our other fantastic psychics receive. When you spoke with our booking service, as you talk about in your complaint, they gave you the correct information. We want you to be blown away with your readings and are confident that we are employing the right people. When you make a premium rate call, you are charged by the minute so that if you feel that the psychic has no connection with you, you can simply end the call very quickly. It is within your rights and power to do so. Im sorry you chose not to do that. When people make a credit card booking, we promise people that, if they aren't blown away within the first five minutes, they can go back to reception and either have their money refunded or choose another reader - no questions asked. The five minute satisfaction guarantee for credit card bookings is made very clear on our websites. In short, we ARE responding and did so as soon as we were contacted by you, and we have everything in place to ensure that we make thousands of people very happy indeed each year! I think people also might be interested to know that Michele also provides a free, award winning on line spiritual community at www.psychicknight.com. Far from being a rip off company, Michele invests loads of time and effort into providing an amazing service and giving people fantastic things for free. As for the supposed complaint on Youtube. This was posted by a stalker who is known to the Police. If you look at it you will see that it consists of nothing but homophobic insults. This person has never used the service. Tracey
