Michelle Cumming LLC Michelle Cummings treats people without respect and evicts unfairly.
I moved into one of Michelle Cummings apartments that has no name on March 17, 2017 and iti is on Newson Road SW. She didnot tell us that our neighbors werre crack heads, drug addicts, but she rents to anyone that has social security income.
She has few maintenance and she doesn't do a back ground check on her tentants but I told her that she could run a back ground check througn http://intelius.com at her own expense.
My former beau moved out last October and I had my new bof move in because I can't live alone due to panic attacks and anxiety attacks
My former beau just moved out last year after he paid the rent andl electricity. I ocuntinued to pay the rent on time and my electricity.
My neighbors went to her and snitched on me. They are a bunch of crimrinals, crack heads, drug addicts.
I was on a month of month lease until last week she decided to make us sign a lease. She refused to take his name off the leash because she said that she could not.
Michelle Cummings was rude to my case manager at Community Care and even ruder to me. She talked down to me as if she knows the law.
She expected me to contact my former beau that moved to Nsshville Tinn.
There is no way I can.
The apartments are full of undesirale people .
I have no evictrions against me, I credit is fair, and I have no police record and background.
She throws out decent people but lets the drug addicts and criminals contine to live in her apartmetns.
