I have been a patient at University Hospital Medical offices being treated by various doctors. They all have a different billing office. I sent one check payment with each payment stub to be distributed to each office. One payment was an inter office transfer. This payment was lost for 3 months. I was not aware that each P O Box represented an account number for each doctor. I only knew that postage is too costly to mail them all separately.
I had spoke with Michelle Patrick she was unable to find the payment passing the buck to the department that did the transfer. However, she is a supervisor and the payment was there all the time but she never looked in the right place for it.
My bill was place into collection for her short comings. When I spoke with Michelle today. I was told in the future call the regular customer service number do not call her line. She is a supervisor that don't want to be bothered but without clients/ patients her black behind is out of a job.
She is Arrogant and incompetent one who lack common sense.
