First i'd like to note that the bike was drop shipped with the wrong parts from Kikker 5150 Inc. as a kit bike, unassembled. It was shipped to this gentleman with a grey frame instead of black. I called Kelly Kikkert at Kikker 5150 Inc. to request the correct color and he informed me that he was out of stock. So I paid the shipping to me and back to the customer and had the frame repainted black as requested. No cost to the customer. I never heard another word from him until now. It's a great example of why i chose to stop selling the Hardknock bobber. This was just one of many mistakes in orders that my customers had to deal with as well as myself. I have corrected any mistakes that were made by Kikker 5150 at my expense as many dealers do. I have never received any parts that were supposed to be under warranty from KIkker 5150. I back all of my customers up 100%. This customer of mine is one of the Hardknock Forum members who help Kelly bash his former dealers and customers that have made him upset. I only sell 100% premium motorcycles and parts, no more cheap junk such as the Kikker 5150 Hardknock bobber. This complaint was untrue from the beginning, i have emails and an invoice that prove i did not sell an assembled bike but rather a drop shipped kit sent straight from Kikker 5150. I also have the emails that i sent to Kelly at Kikker 5150 informing him of his mistakes, bad customer service, incorrect orders, and letting him know that i will no longer support such a poorly ran dishonest business. Feel free to Google KIkker 5150 or Kelly Kikkert as well as Micks Customs and compare notes, you'll be amazed at the differences. If anyone has questions or concerns feel free to call me anytime. here is my contact information, have a gret day,
