Micro Pro ripoff, took over $4,000.00 payment and never ship the equipment we ordered. Cleveland Ohio
In August of 2003, we placed an order for 3 each MicroVault 3004-4U units at $1,351 ea. The total order including shipping costs was for $4,143.00 and was paid with a check. The check has long been returned cashed/paid (in October) however, we haven't yet to receive items we ordered and have not heard anything from this company. We have attempted to contact Micro Pro by phone, fax and email several times to have them send the items we ordered or refund our maoney but haven't been able to get through to anybody ecxept for a voicemail machine.
This company is a total rifoff and should be investigated by the FBI and the Consumer Protection Agency.
