Microsoft Xbox live enforcement team They banned my xbox live account but refuse to tell me what I did and I did not do anything. They also won't let me defend myself. Internet

My xbox live account got permanently banned and they said I "Cheated" even though I did not. They also failed to provide proof and tell me exactly what I did. They also told me it is non-negotiable even though I know I did not cheat. I should have the right to defend my account that I spent my money and my time on which is 5 years. I hope to get in contact with them and keep trying untill I'm unbanned
