midas Corporate office 18,000 unsatisfied repairs mishawaka Indiana
Jan 29th I took my Ford expedition to midas to have it rebuilt..I told midas I wanted EVERY THING FIXED.. THE charge me 7700$ new brake system transmission truck should of been like new. I picked up my truck and same day feb. 5th, 2016, I dropped off my 2095 cadillac dts and said I want EVERY THING FIXED... they charges 2200$$ for repairs.. Same day I got my truck back I went to the store and the truck wouldn't start. I called midas they picked it up took it to there shop and said they fixed it. So I have my cadillac and my truck at midas at the same time I go pick them up and drop off a Buick Lesabre 2000 and said I want everything fixed.. they charged me 2500$$ new brake system. So I have 3 vehicles at midas with about 10,000 in repairs right now. I drive my Buick to work no head lights no tail lights I get pulled over ok fine on my way home from work car just dies on the toll road..they pick it it up and charged 950$ for a repair I pick it up I drive it and it shuts off again they puck it up (midas) and now they say it's my engine they refund the 950$ and charge me 3500 for a new engine. My truck stops again a few days after I pick it up from midas , midas comes pick it up and charge 700$ for new starter. Truck is still driving pretty rough send truck to midas again elkhart store they tell me that midas in mishawaka did not repair my spark plugs and wires but I was charges for it which was a 800$ repair. It made skeptic about all repairs because all vehicles I took to midas are still driving badly. After at least 13,000$ in repairs. I have midas evaluate all vehicles again and fund out supervisor at mishawaka, in. Store was intentionally not doing my repairs due to his personal judgment of me. I spent over 18,000 $$ in repairs with midas of mishawaka, in 215 w. University dr. I called corporate office and told them I wanted half my money back and to return all of my vehicles. Corporates only resolution was making me pay more money for repairs. I asked midas for 10,000$$$ back for false repairs and time I spent waiting on my vehicles as of May 11,2016 I have 3 vehicles I spent over 18,000$$ in repairs and all 3 vehicles still drive like crap! I am a unsatisfied customers who just got threw under the rug. :((
