This facility has had a history of problems with the mistreatment and abuse of patients. It is a shame that our tax dollars go to support such a facility. In my opinion, the biggest rip-off of the tax payers is the over $200,000 annual salary paid to Dr. David Scott Crawford. I have observed David Crawford for much, much longer than he has ever observed any of his patients before he concludes a diagnosis, and my conclusion of Mr. David Scott Crawford is that he is a Narcissistic Sociopath with violent tendencies, who is a hypocrite to the Psychiatric profession. He is a true parasite, feeding off others, harming others, for his selfish, personal gains. He may be more mentally ill than some of the patients he sees, and he may do them more harm than good. Any attorney up against him as a so called 'expert witness' will have an easy win since Mr. Crawford is a habitual liar in any situation. It's just one big Rip-off of the tax payers money.

Yes, this is a RIP-OFF of the tax payer’s money. David Scott Crawford is a violent, mentally ill individual, who needs psychiatric help himself. Just this year alone, he attacked two people. In addition, allegedly, he is responsible for the deaths of two of his patients. I also heard he almost failed med school at the easy State of NY School; was only accepted to one residency program; was fired from his first job as a so-called ‘Psychiatrist’; failed at running his own practice, and had to resort to working at one of the most undesirable places in the country, Middle Tenn. Mental Health Inst. They pay him more than qualified Psychiatrists working elsewhere in the state.
This is CRAZY! Yes, a RIP-OFF of the tax payer’s money.
