Mike and Corey are the owners of Meriden Property Management AKA Middlebury Investment Company, LLC. They did sub-par work on my properties. They do a terrible job with lawn care and snow removal sometimes coming the day after a snow storm where a tenant could slip and fall and hurt themselves.
The handyman they have working for them do sub-par work and leave the maintenance jobs half done. Some of my units have sat vacant for very long periods of time. I do not recommend using them for any property management work because it will cost you more in the long run to fix the damage they do.
