Midland Credit Management Inc. MaryJane Elliott P.C. I have been sued and didnt even know it. Novi Michigan
In 2004 I was sued in a county I never lived in and I didnt even live at the address the papers were sent to.
MaryJane Elliott has been taking my taxes since 2005 and I have yet to find out who the Company or Person is that sued me. I have tried all these years to find out and finally she stopped taking my taxes now in 2013 she has filled a writ of garnishmet against a job I only work 2 hours a day as I am on disability and just wanted to get out of the house, Every time I try to find out who the creditor is Im sent back to Midland Credit and never find out any thing. I talked to the court and am told I have to get an attorney I have not got that kind of money, so I must pay for something I have no Idea what it is.

He is in Texas but may be able to help you to find an Attorney in your area to sue these bottom feeders!
