Christopher, Your post makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I fail to see the connection here as to how Aspire Visa ripped you off. It appears that you are having collections issues with a third party debt collector, but still, I do not see the connection to Aspire. Did you by chance authorize a payment to Midland Funding and gave them permission to take a payment against your Aspire Visa Card? You admitted that you are unemployed and unable to pay Aspire. So, it appears that you are ripping them off, not the other way around. Please explain.

I had been a customer of Aspires for over 4 years and had a credit limit of $ 7500. i received a letter on Dember 14, 2008 that stated effectifve immediately that my credit limit had been closed and that the balance on my account of $ 432 plus a whopping $ 100 in additional credit and also explains in the letter that I had the option of attempting to use the card through December 24, 2008 with no gusrantee that the charges would be approved. I have never been late, missed a payment or went over my limit in the 4 years I had this account. I also have four other najir credit cards with a total credit limit broke down as follows: 1) Capital One Business Account with a limit of $ 50,000, 2) Capital One Personal Account $ 30, 000 Limit, 3) Washington Mutual Business Account $ 95,000 4) Discover Card Servoces $ 35,000 with a total of $ 250,000 in available credit. I apoke with each card company seperately and each of the Creditor information specialisst told me that since I had a FICO Score of 833 and a PAYDEX (Business Account Credit SCORE) Score of 87-Paydex scores range from 0-100 with anything above 80 is an A and the FICO score is considered to be excellent. Another problem with Aspire is i feel that they owe all of us a refund immediately as they are doing nothing but earning money off of our annual fees that they have collected. LET"S ALL BAN TOGETHER AND TAKE SOME ACTION WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AND ALSO FILE COMPLAINTS WITH THE STATES ATTY AND THE FTC. CONTACT ME AT (((ROR redacted))) and I wil work on finding sime legal avenues for CICTIMS OF ASPPIRE. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
