Midway Chevorlet, Midway Chevy, Midway goes back on deals while they lie, degrade and deceive you!!! Phoenix Arizona
Midway chevy made a bad deal with me because they forgot information on my trade after I signed an offer. Instead of being honest and trying to make another deal to help both of us (after being there for 11 hours) they first tried to get someone on it with bad credit instead of my mother that has great credit so the bank would deny it and when i refused they then told me they had to have bank approval first.
The next morning they told me that there was a debt to credit issue so I offered to put my grandfather on it because he is wealthy and they couldn't dispute income as an excuse. The third excuse was I had to have someone in arizona because you can't have someone co sign from out of state(another obvious lie!). The last excuse was they were waiting for GMAC to get back to them and for me to go home and they would call me.
After 3 hours I would continue to call just to be ignored. I then checked with another dealership and was approved with in 30 minutes. I then contacted a friend who is employed by the dealership and found out that they never submitted the loan request to GMAC(just told me they were waiting for approval) and that the GM Nick couldn't allow the deal to go thru because they would have lost to much money on the deal.
This dealership instead of being honest, not only waste a large amount of your time but makes you feel like even though you have a credit score of 745, that you are worth nothing. I wonder how many other people they have done this too and how can someone be in business that not only tries to scam you(which dealerships are known for) but lies, degrades, and decieves you.
No one deserves this and if any one feels the way I do, this needs to be addressed so people can come forward and put a stop to it. When you sign a contract you are bound to it so why isn't it the same for them? Please get back to me on this issue because I feel just like we are not able to back out of deals(arizona doesnt have a buyers remorse clause) then dealerships shouldn't be allowed to either.
