Midwest Eye Consultants Zero Customer Service no return calls and late delivery and over priced chesterton Indiana
The enviorment in the office is a far left liberal nightmare. I asked for refund due to late delivery and faiure to return calls or notify me. The employee I spoke with then had some sort of emotional episode and claimed she was verbally abused with profanity. I actually recieved a call from the Doctor himself who asked about the profanity I allegedly used. I was informed by the office Mgr. that at this business the employee is always right not the customer. I gave up on the refund feeling it's much easier to wait for the glasses pay them off and get out of my life. The place is also very expensive cost was 400.00 per pair after insurance.
