I contacted Mike Butler and Wealth Building 24-7 LLC. Their located at 4012 Dupont Circle, Suite 203, Louisville, KY 40207 with two phones listed as 800-895-4373 and 502-896-2595 . I had an interest in their real estate business opportunity courses. After going over the details of the various courses and calling Mike's office I decided to buy Landlording on Autopilot System. The cost was $1400+ with a money back guarantee if I wasn't happy. This was stated on the web site and via phone call that I had a 30 day trial. I received the course in good condition. I spent about 4 days going over the material and at the end of the 4 days contacted Mike Butler's office. I explained to them that the content wasn't much different than reading material from my local bookstore or another course I picked up on eBay. I informed them I was going to return in via UPS for a refund. The phone person told me that I would be charged a re-stocking fee and if the disc were open I wouldn't get any money back. I told the person the web site clear stated "money back guarantee". I was told via the terms and conditions certain parts of the course have to remain sealed. I tried reading that disclaimer online but the page wasn't their. How can you offer a money back guarantee, but have restrictions on judging the material? Mike Butler still has the course and my money. I contacted my local bank about doing a stop payment on the check, but the funds already cleared. It was suggested by the bank to contact the State Attorney General in KY. I contacted them and was sent paper work to file a consumer complaint. They claimed they had other phone calls on Mike Butler and Wealth Building 24-7 LLC. I really hope to get my money back and would suggest anyone avoid Mike Butler. Searching some real estate forums and posting for help. I was told to contact the FTC that Mike Butler isn't complaint on selling his courses and file a fraud report. I should have checked the forums sooner and wouldn't be out this money.

I have never seen your website before and this complaint was brought to my attention from one our successful investors.
After checking with Melissa, my office manager, this complaint could not be found anywhere.
My company has never charged a restocking fee.
Our records show no requests for refunds during the time frame of this complaint.

This complaint appears to be bogus and unfounded, and it is not proper to allow folks to post unverified complaints. I would have appreciated the opportunity to have addressed the complaint with this "buyer."
