MCMC Auto wrongfully repoed my car.   My debit card had fraudulent activities and so my bank deactivated my card/account and so the MCMC auto couldn't make the draft as norm, so I called and made the payment a day before its due date 06/19/2017 by phone and informed cust service why I was paying this way and they stated they will cancel the automatic draft and not to worry. On the 3rd of July all of my monies was not back on my card from the fraudulent activties and so I called and made arrangements 2 days before the payment date with customer service that I will make a partial payment and the reminder on the 11th. Our phone got disconnected and so I went online and paid $145.00 and $149.00 was to be paid by the 11th. On July 11th I was leaving work early to get to the hospital since I wasn't feeling well, but my car was no where to be found.

I called MCMC auto and they stated that I was 18 days past due. I told them I didn't understand. I informed them I made arrangements to have the payment paid as of todate. But they stated that I must pay repoed fees, storage fees and make the next payment that is due on the 15th which was over $700 +dollars, I also must make an appointment to get my car back and have my credit ran to see if I am still qualified. I must also fill out paper work to get reinstated. I was completely confused and still don't understand how these people operate. I received multiple text messages from the GM, and one message stated that "had you not hung up maybe we would have been able to avoid the repossession. Now in order to reisntate, we need the entire past due amount, plus repo fee and storage."

Once again I am completely confused because It seemed like the GM is only upset that the phone was disonnected. I wasn't 18 days past due. I only owed 149.00 which was 6 days late and I made arrangements with the customer service rep before the phone was disconnected. According to the contract, I must be 15 days late after it the due date (5% of the scheduled payment). Buyers agreement states that if I have any problems making payment in full on time, agree to contact MCMC prior to my due date. I called MCMC and talke with a customer service rep on (June 3rd, 2 days prior to my due date (June 5th). Once again my car was wrongfully repoed and I shouldn't be obligated to pay for repoed abd storagr fees. Someone wants extra money in their pockets. This is so unfair.

I did every thing they ask of me according to the buyers agreement. I called and made payment arrangement with them before the due date and they accepted the arrangement via phone. Either you work for them and love scamming, or havent read the buyers agreement. So keep on moving and quit working and speaking on the behalf of scammers. Do unto others as you want them thi do unto you. That partial payment was arranged and agreed upon. God said vengeance is his... and MCMC auto has whats coming to them. I should keep you all in my prayers.

A partial payment is NOT a full payment.  That full payment is STILL late until the remainder of the payment is made.  You make this partial payment and you cannot be contacted by them.  Yes, they are going to get concerned about the security for the loan...the car.

Looks like you need to go back to law school and no, I don't work for them or do their legal work!
