Mike Fehrenbacher has been a great person to be around and work for during my troubled times.  Don't get me wrong I have earned my money, but Mike Has always paid me for my TM services.  I was low on cash and this guy gave me a chance and I toook advantage.

Just COMPLETED MY LOAN on Sept 15 2012.  GREAT JOB, nothing but 2 thumbs up for this guy and the company.
Did a FHA Streamline for 3.25%.   Paid all cost, or had a lender credit provided.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Day:

I wanted to also state that Mr. Fehrenbacher completed our loan just last week, for the 2nd time in the past 6 years.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Fehrenbacher.  He communicated to us the entire time, always returned phone calls and emails (even on the weekend).  We went to closing last week and again (like the first time), Mr. Fehrenbacher was there.  Everything was in order and we couldn't be happier with his services and professional conduct.

We also referred my sister and brother-in-law to him.

I have known Mr. Fehrenbacher for 6 years now.  He has handled our mortgage as well as our insurance needs.  I know at one point and time in the mid 2000's he and his companies were very large and nationwide - but the greatest thing about this young man, is when you meet him in person - he is the nicest and most humble person ever.  We found out about him and his accomplishments over time from other people (small world) - not once, and I mean not once has he ever been an arrogant.

I don't know what happened between Mr. Fehrenbacher & Ms. Ekegren and I'm sure both people were right and both were wrong, to some degree.  I just think there could have been a more rational solution, rather than posting terrible comments on the internet, and then to see all the other comments from people that basically don't know either party, I was shocked to say the least.

I will close by saying if you do business with Mr. Fehrenbacher, you are in good hands.  He has been in the industry for a long time and doesn't cheat his customers.  Which are part of the reason why we went back to him again....plus he gives you a magnet that you place on your frig....so you never lose his number / email.  :-)
