BEWARE - Beware - Beware: When buying a NEW home with this company... Get every word in WRITING. If they tell you something is included in the price of the home, it is NOT, unless it is in writing! If you find that your sales rep is not CLEARLY answering your questions - it may be a lie! Unless it is in writing! GET IT IN WRITING.
if they WILL NOT put it in writing - buy a home somewhere else. If they say that "you can trust them" and that they will send it to you later... there is no "later". Get it in writing while you are standing in front of them. If you dont, it never happened.
Mr. Mike Palmer was fired from Gunstra Builders before for his behavior, and yet he is back again. Mr. Mike Palmer is a fast talker and has become very good at his game - Dont believe ANYTHING that he says. -He goes to church and doesnt mind telling you this to win you over! In fact, I would be surprised if anything that he says turns out to be true.
Ms. Christy Dalton (real name Christina Isaacs) chooses to forget everything that she has promised you- until she is ready to give details to her boss - then she tells him that she never said it. - Just ask the clients at Monon & Main in Carmel.
You have been warned - If you still choose to work with these individuals, I hope that you have a good attorney - you WILL need it.
