Mike Smith Autoplex 2000 got out of one ripoff to get into another, paying twice what cars worth Beaumont Texas
Got swindeled with trade in in jasper texas, on a stratus in which the ac went out, 800.00 to fix. Traded in on a new van, 1999 plain jane with trade in and paying 600.00 cash. Went one year and realized everybody else is paying half of what i am for more than i have.
Went to Beaumont dealer, Traded upside down van for a new Intrepid..... Sure...... 3000.00 down and the van, car is worth 15.000 now.... got a 556.00 note, 6- years just to get rid of the van, happy with the car, but everybody else is paying 350.00 month for same car, with no $ down, and lower interest rate.
Paid two years on this car and still no one will touch this upside down situation, will this happen again... sure wont, paying the price for trying to be happy with a ride.
After september 11 they would not even think about ripping someone off with all the special rates and offers car dealers put out, just to save there asses, well they are still making there tee times and club suppers thanks to people like me, and i am tiered of it and want a chance to pay for a product i can enjoy while i pay for it. Looking for any help, Even put up for sale privatly and went to dealers trying to trade.... so far just alot of laughfter and stupid looks, boy you got ripped.........

It is unfortunate that with the thousands of vehicles each year we sell to folks in East Texas that you had such a bad experience. I cannot speak to what happened in 2004, but in 2009-10, we have a top rate service department. Fantastic customer service, and we offer a wide variety of financing programs, so everyone regardless of credit can drive. I might suggest that you call me directly to make you a believer.

Mike hate to tell you this, but basicaly what you need to do is bite the bullet. By that I mean hang on to the car for 6 years and pay it off. The reason you are in the shape you are in, is because you kept trying to trade in because YOU were dissatisfied. You have no one to blame but yourself, so its time to take responsibility for your actions. Live with your mistake, quit comparing to everyone else, and in six years buy another car. Make sure you have 20% down payment, and don't go over 4 years financing, 3 years is even better. Good luck.
