MIKE THOMPSON'S RV SUPERSTORE DON'T BUY ANY ADDITIONAL SERVICE PLAN THAT SALESPERSONS RECOMMEND WHEN YOU PURCHASE RV FROM THEM COLTON California
At time I purchased my rv at Mike Thompson's RV Superstore at Colton Ca, I was strongly persuaded by salesman to buy the Maxxgard body protective warranty. This warranty covers protection to exterior surface damage to the RV due to environmental issues (exposure to the sun, rain - - etc) for three years. At end of two years after I purchased this RV, I submitted my claim, after numerous contacts with Maxxgard and Mike Thompson's RV, my claim was rejected. or totally neglected (nobody call me back, or do not answer my phone call or email).
