Mario Garcia represented me on a lease option to purchase home. I thought he was legit because I confirmed with the owner...but 1 1/2 years later the owner says Mario Garcia never paid him the $2000.00 that I gave Mario and I have a receipt! I need to find Mario Garcia or Diane Loken

I have a home in Tucson that is for sale and I was contacted by Bridgehouse America (located out of Phoenix). The name of the principle is Mario Robert. There are no records on either Mario or the company and no business licensce that I could find but there were some reviews that seemed positive. The business has only been around for 1 year so I wanted to do my homework. But I could find NOTHING really on either. However, Mario had called my cell today and so I did a reverse search on that number since I was suspicious that the name wasn't legit.
Sure enough, it came back as Mario Robert Garcia. If you review the Bridgehouse America website I think you will see an identical business model. There are also a few suspicious connections to a felony warrent to a fellow named Mario Robert Garcia with a warrent out for his arrest out of Colorado. And if you follow the cell phone info, you see that he lived in Colorado. Although that was real estate related, not 100% sure of the connection but thought I would just add it. The phone number that I have is 949-412-9227. Thank you for posting this because I won't move forward with the offer. I like the business model concept and think that may be very legit but not sure how I feel about a one year owner with no tracible track record.

I was able to locate Mario Garcia and he is going to attempt to rectify the situation but will not do so until I purchase the home I am in. Although I have agreed to this mediation, I am hesitant as to not knowing the outcome yet...I will keep you guys posted!
