Milk Embroidery, SHAUN FLORES Never Made hats as promise, WAITED 3 MONTHS, No Communication Downey California
BUYERS BEWARE! If you are looking to get some hats made stay away from this company. I have been waiting for over 3 months now for them to replace 12 hats that they messed up on. He insisted I take the messed up hats because he was just going to throw them away. On 12/21/16 almost a month after the promised he Shaun Flores sent me an email asking me for an address to ship the hats to. I imeditally sent the address and today is 03/08/17 and still no hats. After emails on emails that the hats were being made and he promises me they would be done by the weekend he is now saying he is no longer going to replace them because I no longer have the 12 hats he messed up on. SHAUN FLORES (THE BANK SALE) is the owner and runs this business horribly. He response to one of every ten emails. If you look up the business on google there are multiple companies saying they got ripped off and never got there hats made. The sad thing about this is we have mutual friends and this has been one of the worst business experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Does anyone know of a lawyer that can help me get my money back?
