Re: Demand for Payment
Dear Mr. FLORES
Please be advised that RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY owes me the sum of $1000.00 because Milk Embroidery did not complete 50 ordered patches. I have paid the company in full for these patches and no work was completed. In addition, I mailed them 48 hats and the company has not refunded the payment or mailed back the hats sent for services not rendered.
This will be RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY’S only chance to settle this matter before I file suit against RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY in Small Claims Court. I am agreeable to lump sum payment, or to a payment plan. Please contact me on or before October 4, 2017 for purposes of settling this matter. If I do not hear from RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY on or before October 4, 2017, I will file a lawsuit against RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY without further notice. It is in RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY’S best interest to settle this matter before a lawsuit is filed. If a judgment is obtained against RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY, it will negatively affect RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY’s ability to get credit, RICHARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY will be ordered to pay court cost, and RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY will incur interest at a rate of 10% per annum.
Based on the foregoing, I expect payment in the amount of $1000.00 made payable to me,(((REDACTED))) no later than October 4, 2017. (I can be reached at: (Telephone: (((REDACTED)))).) If RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY decides to ignore this demand for payment, I will further pursue all of its legal remedies without further notice to RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY. This letter serves as evidence that I have attempted to resolve this matter informally.
