Millenium Empire King Of Swords MILLENIUM EMPIRE FATHER IN LAW DIED WAITING FOR GIFT FROM KOS MARRIETTA, Georgia
I placed an order with KOS Jan 2009, it took awhile and when I inquired they said customs had the order.I waited another month because my Father in law, Former marine wanted a Cane Sword and I couldn't find them anyplace else. when a couple more months went by, same excuse i said cancel,then my FIL thought it was still coming and he wasn't well so I asked KOS if I checked the order numbers could they tell me if the items were in stock before I ordered, so i wouldn't have to wait on refund and could still get something for my FIL. KOS said no problem. So I said I would take credit $108.75. and use it for what I could get.i wrote down all order #'s and e-mailed and no reply.Since then my Father In Law has died and I can't get my refund or an answer to several e-mails I have sent invoices and tried calling.Alot of these reports look identical to mine.OH OH!I have all correspondence over the last year and some.
