On 11/18/2010 I ordered a Colon Cleanse for shipping & handling of $2.95. I was charged this amount x 2 from my card but never recieved the product.

I called and requested the product/order be cancelled. It took 3 days to get through to anyone on the telephone. Representative was very determined and not wanting to cancel my order. After a lot of arguing and persistance she agreed and that there would be no further charges or shipments.

Well, now 2 months later I recieve an e-mail that my order has shipped and my account will be billed as Novapay-Online 1-877-292-3588. I would be billed $2.95 shipping & handling plus $87.13 for my order.

I have been trying for 2 days now to contact the company and just letting the phone ring continually. they will not answer the telephone.

I called my credit card company and unfortunately, the payment was drafted the same day they sent me my e-mail regarding the so-called order. It has already been approved and all I can do is dispute it if I have proof.

I have also now cancelled and requested a new card so I am sure I will hear from them again in a couple of months. In the meantime I will await shipment, have proof of shipment and return shipment.

I made my order on 11/22/2010 and have been charged, but I have received nothing. They are now charging me $87.13 a month. I forgot what I had ordered so I went to the website listed on my credit card statement, and they do not make it easy for you to figure out who they are.

They refer to themselves as the company and have a whole page of terms and conditions where they only say website and products, but never tell you what the website address is or what products they sell, or the name of the company. They hide behind Novapay, and never tell you the name of their company.

On my credit card statement they have their website listed as kmassist.com. That website is a total dead end.

It took me hours to figure out they were Novapay, and to connect Novapay to Millenium Network Inc. Then I Googled it and found this website along with some others that all say what a scam it is.

I am grateful I found out so now I can work on getting my monthly auto-shipment cancelled.

This report was especially helpful to me because it is similiar to my situation. I just haven't gotten as far into the process of getting them out of my life, but at least now I know what to expect. Thank you.
